Family home with 1 double bedroom and 2 children's rooms on lower level of split level home. Spacious foyer separates kids rooms from Main room and bathroom. Den with Home office TV, and kids gaming equipment.
The home is situated on a hill and has a bright open Living and dining area with views to the SW of well established neighborhood tress and city/ ocean. There is a sunroom off the dining area with clearer views of the ocean and the Vancouver. 10 minutes drive away from markets recreation centres, theater, movies, bowling, library & ecology centre. There is a park on e block away.
1 1/2 hr drive from Whistler and 30 minutes to local ski hills Cypress, Seymour and grouse mountains.
10 min walk to incredible BC forest walks and the Baden Powell trail.
